In 2009 the United States Mint struck four different Lincoln Pennies to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln’s birth and the 100th anniversary of the Lincoln Penny. These were the first commemorative Pennies in history, and each coin celebrated a different stage of Lincoln's life. In 2010, the U.S. mint introduced a new permanent reverse design for the Lincoln Penny. It depicts the Union Shield to symbolize Lincoln’s efforts to keep the Union intact during the Civil War- the defining event of Lincoln's Presidency from 1861- 1865.This collection includes each of the four 2009 Lincoln Pennies, as well as the 2010 Lincoln Penny. All coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and are richly layered in 24 karat gold. Each collection is displayed in a custom collector's coin wallet with a Certificate of Authenticity.Other products from A4C
