Your contribution of just $2 helps our partner, The Give Back Yoga Foundation, to share free therapeutic yoga toolkits with veterans - offering resources like practice guides, meditation audio and Gaiam mats that can help veterans experience how a personal yoga practice supports a calm and steady body/mind. Yoga provides a way for veterans to manage and process their combat experience and 'navigate life after war,' improving the quality of their daily lives and their connection with family, friends and loved ones.
